Where do you ship?
We ship to all US States including PO Box address and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. All packages are delivered via USPS or UPS.
When you will ship my order?
Sasha's Kusina ship within 1-3Â business days after you placed your order. If you placed your order on saturday or sunday, we will ship it on Monday.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message. If your tracking number isn't working, please wait 2-3 days and try again. In most cases, your order is on the way, but the system information is delayed. For Domestic, first class package takes 3-5 days and priority takes 2-3 days.

Domestic Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders over $200

Shipping to PO Boxes
Shipping to PO Boxes is available we only use USPS as the shipping method at checkout. Additional charges may apply.

Additional shipping charges will be applied to your credit card automatically if a shipping carrier other than USPS is selected at checkout.

Order Tracking
When shipping with USPS, an order confirmation will be emailed to you which will include a tracking number. You may use the tracking number to check your orders progress USPS.com, as applicable to your delivery method.
Products Damaged or Shipped in Error
Although deliveries are packaged very carefully, damages can sometimes occur in transit and mistakes are sometimes made. Please see our Return Policy.

Wrong Shipping Information
Sasha's Kusina delivers to the shipping address that you specify when you place your order. Sasha's kusina is not responsible for incorrect information provided to us. A minimum $15 Change of Address fee will be charged if you change your shipping destination after your package is in transit. If your package has already been delivered, there will be additional charges for package pick-up and re-delivery. Additional charges may apply if the package is redirected, an address is incomplete (with the exception of zip code which we can determine) or the wrong shipping sector was entered at the time of order. We are not responsible for shipping charges for packages returned due to missing or wrong information.

Returns
Unfortunately, since this is food (desserts & frozen food) All sales are final.

Ordering
All credit cards are charged at the time of checkout to help prevent fraudulent orders. Under no circumstances are you allowed to make a purchase with someone else's credit card, even with the card holder's consent. If you are a first time customer and making a purchase with a shipping address that differs from the billing address, we reserve the right to require you to sign a purchase agreement to authorize the order.

Order Processing
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders received will be processed as quickly as possible. Orders may take from 3 to 5 days to process excluding weekends. So we can insure the correct items are shipped and that the order will be packed in a way. So that the chances of the items being damaged are minimized. Orders received on weekends and holidays will started to be processed starting the next business week.
If for any reason, due to extenuating circumstances, your order does not ship within three to five business days, customer service will contact you via email and/or phone explaining the delay.
Address Change and Cancellation Policy
If you wish to change your order after it has been placed, please send an email to sashascatering21@gmail.com immediately. If your order has already been processed, unfortunately, you will not be able to change it. Please understand that we try to provide the fastest turn-around time possible to ensure you receive your order quickly.

Terms of Acceptance of Goods
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract; this means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Upon delivery, recipient shall inspect the items received and immediately inform us if the items received are not in good condition. If we have not been notified of any defect or error with the items received by 5:00 p.m. EST on the third (3rd) day after delivery of the items, recipient shall be presumed to have accepted the items and shall have waived any rights there to. In case of charge backs or a refund by the buyer, recipient agrees to return the items received in their original state and packaging to us. In the event that this cannot be done, recipient will pay for the damaged merchandise in full. Recipient will pay in US dollars unless otherwise specified on the delivery receipt. A penalty of 10% per month will apply on unpaid/unreturned merchandise and overdue accounts, plus all costs of collection, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees.
Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sashascatering21@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
